Fast Delivery: All orders are shipped on a Next Day basis, unless otherwise requested.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are aimed to be shipped the same day. Free delivery on orders over £200 (excluding VAT). For orders under £200, the delivery cost is just £5.95 + VAT per order.

How to Place Your Order?

Ordering with us is easy and hassle-free. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

1. Find Your Items: Browse our collection and choose the item(s) you’d like to purchase.

2. Choose Your Options: If applicable, select your preferred colour and size. Once you’re satisfied with your selection, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. Your chosen item will be added to your shopping basket, conveniently located at the top right of the page. You can either proceed to checkout or continue browsing to add more items to your basket.

3. Out of Stock Items: Please note that some items can still be ordered if they are out of stock. If this is the case, it will indicate if there is further stock on order. If you do not see the item you're looking for, please get in touch and we will help to give you some alternative options and/or give you an indication when further stock may be expected.

4. Review Your Basket: You can review the contents of your basket and see the total cost at any time by clicking on the Basket icon at the top right of the page.

5. Make Adjustments: Feel free to remove items from your basket or change the quantity while you’re on the basket page. If you make any quantity adjustments, be sure to click ‘Update Cart’ to save the changes.


How fast can you ship?

We partner with premium delivery services like DHL and DPD for most of our deliveries, typically requiring a signature.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2 pm on the same day (Monday to Friday), although this cannot be guaranteed during peak times.

In 2023, we averaged a very high rate of on-time deliveries.

Can I choose when to have delivery? 

Absolutely! The portal is designed to make it convenient for you to place orders whenever it suits you best. We offer quick shipping, but you also have the flexibility to schedule deliveries at a time that works for you.

For instance, if you know what you need for September, you can place your order now and request delivery in late August. This ensures that your items arrive just in time for the new term, allowing you to focus on other priorities with peace of mind.

 

Are the prices displayed what we will pay?

The prices displayed are unique to you and include any applicable discounts set.

We do our best to ensure that all prices and information are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and we may change or update information or cancel orders if there’s any inaccuracy at any point, even after you’ve submitted your order. If you place an order at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss how to proceed.

Do I need to pay with a credit/debit card?

No, all customers w order through the portal are offered a 30-day credit account with us. Once your order is despatched, an invoice with the final amount owing will follow shortly after. We only invoice you for the goods shipped (unless you ask us to invoice everything together). Any items that are not available straight away will be shipped and invoiced at a later date.

Do you hold all items in stock?

Yes, when you look on the Portal you can see our live stock figures for all items in the building. We strive to keep our stock levels accurate, but due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, there might be occasional delays in syncing stock levels. If you’ve ordered an item that’s out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and ask how you’d like to proceed.
